Who processes your data

What we collect
We process only what you send us through a form: your name, e-mail, phone number (if you fill it in), the text of your message and the vehicle the inquiry relates to. We also record the date and time of submission and the technical data needed to protect the form against abuse.
Why we process it
We use your data to answer your inquiry. The legal basis is pre-contractual negotiation and our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective customers. We will not send you marketing messages without your consent.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for two years from the last communication. If an inquiry leads to a sale, the related documents are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Who we share it with
Only with the processors the site cannot run without: our hosting provider and our transactional e-mail provider. We have a data processing agreement with both. We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, to rectification or erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, and to object to processing. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7.
